This policy is intended to cover the corporate website operated by We Code Things, LLC and information submitted through its corporate contact channels. It does not automatically govern separate software products, product accounts, subscriptions, or product-specific services.
2. Information the corporate website may collect
Information provided directly
The contact form may collect a name, email address, optional company or organization, inquiry category, and message. The production form should request only what is needed to understand and route the inquiry.
Technical and analytics information
The production site may receive basic browser, device, request, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and understand the website. The final policy must identify the analytics and cookie behavior actually used at launch.
3. How information may be used
- Respond to and route corporate inquiries.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the corporate website.
- Understand aggregate website usage without sending contact-form contents to analytics.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and protect company rights.
Production wording should reflect actual practices and should not expand these purposes without review.
4. Service providers and external links
We Code Things may use service providers to host the website, deliver messages, protect against abuse, or provide measured analytics. Final disclosures must identify categories that are actually used. Links to product properties and third-party websites are governed by their own policies.
5. Retention and security
Contact information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, legitimate business records, security, or legal requirements. We Code Things should use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, while avoiding promises that no system can guarantee.
6. Children's privacy
The corporate website is intended for general company and business information, not for children to create product accounts. Any child-related practices within an individual product must be explained by that product's separate privacy policy and reviewed for the product's actual audience and operation.
7. Separate product privacy policies
Coach Joel's Way, TravelTourney, and future products may collect different information and may publish separate privacy policies. This corporate website policy must not replace or override those product-specific policies.
Product-policy links should appear here only after their destinations are confirmed.
8. Policy changes and privacy contact
The final policy should explain how updates are posted and how the effective date changes. A configuration-backed privacy contact method must be inserted before launch; a residential address should not be published.
